Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in community development, program coordination, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital file management.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse partners and stakeholders.
• Commitment to advancing equitable community development.

Responsibilities

• Support grantmaking activities and stakeholder engagement across the region.
• Manage network of Financial Opportunity Centers and partners in Virginia.
• Plan workshops, conferences, and training on financial stability and wealth-building.
• Assist grant administration, reimbursements, compliance, and reporting.
• Collaborate with community-based orgs to strengthen program design and impact measurement.
• Develop and deliver program data reports, dashboards, and grant materials.
• Coordinate with national teams to align with national priorities.
• Travel throughout Virginia for partner engagement and events.
