Responsibilities include program design, speaker coordination, logistics management, and communications.
Support implementation of federal, state, and philanthropic grant-funded initiatives, including grants management, reimbursement processes, compliance monitoring, reporting requirements, and programmatic deliverables.
Partner with community-based organizations to strengthen program design, implementation, organizational capacity, and impact measurement related to financial stability, housing, and wealth-building efforts.
Manage the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of LISC Virginia's community development, housing, and economic opportunity programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and funder requirements.
Collaborate with LISC Virginia staff to cultivate and manage partnerships with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, financial institutions, corporate partners, and philanthropic funders.
Represent LISC Virginia in statewide and regional coalitions, initiatives, and stakeholder groups that advance community development, economic opportunity, housing, and equitable growth.
Identify opportunities, in collaboration with organizational leadership, to elevate LISC Virginia's thought leadership and best practices in financial opportunity, workforce development, housing, wealth building, and community development.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop grant proposals, secure funding resources, report program outcomes to funders, and maintain strong relationships with public and private funding partners.
Collect, analyze, and manage program data and develop accurate, timely, and accessible reports, grant applications, dashboards, and other materials that demonstrate program impact and outcomes.
Coordinate with LISC National's Housing, Economic Opportunity, Rural, and Income & Wealth Building teams to ensure program alignment, resource sharing, and implementation of national priorities and initiatives.
Support cross-functional organizational priorities and special projects as assigned by senior leadership.
Travel throughout Virginia and periodically outside the Commonwealth for partner engagement, training, peer learning, conferences, and national LISC activities.
