Job summary

The Southeast Campus program of The Home for Little Wanderers in Plymouth, MA is seeking a Program Office Coordinator to provide administrative coordination and support to the program, and oversee facility maintenance and upkeep. The role ensures timely reporting, data entry, and efficient office operations within a youth-focused program.

You will contribute to building a safe, organized environment, manage clerical tasks, assist with meetings, and may serve as Safety Officer to maintain

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or a plus.
  • Experience within an office or agency setting.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and deliver service reports, census reports, and school lunch forms.
  • Enter data for incident, restraint, client and staff records; manage SSI letters and monthly program reports.
  • Oversee housekeeping and upkeep of the building and grounds to keep the program clean and safe.
  • May serve as Safety Officer; report security incidents and maintain fire drills.
  • Handle program computers, copiers, fax machines and coordinate servicing as needed.
  • Ensure timely submission of bills and staff timesheets; manage petty cash and reimbursements.
  • Attend Management Team meetings and provide minutes to management staff.

Job description

The Southeast Campus program of The Home for Little Wanderers based in Plymouth, MA is seeking a Program Office Coordinator. The person in the role will provide administrative coordination and support to the program, in addition to overseeing the facility's needs and ensure the appropriateness of the maintenance and upkeep of the program.

How You'll Be Making a Difference

When you join The Home for Little Wanderers, you join a team of professionals dedicated to creating better, brighter futures for kids.

  • Complete and deliver service reports, census reports and school lunch forms. Complete the data entry of incident reports, restraint reports, client and staff data/records. Maintain SSI letters and delivery. Generate monthly program reports and manage administrative filing, mailing and copying.
  • Oversee the housekeeping and upkeep of the building and grounds of the program to ensure that the program remains clean and safe.
  • May play the role of Safety Officer at the program. Ensure the safety and security of the program. Report any security incidents to Program AVP and Facilities Manager. Maintain required fire drills quarterly.
  • Maintain program computers, copiers, fax machines. Coordinate servicing when needed.
  • Ensure timely submission of bills and staff timesheets. Complete and manage petty cash request, reimbursement forms, check requests.
  • Attend Management Team meetings. Provide minutes of the meeting to management staff.
