The Home for Little Wanderers, Inc. is seeking a Campus Director for the Southeast Campus, Plymouth, MA. You will plan, direct, and oversee all program operations and staff, ensuring services align with client needs and agency standards.
Collaboration with external referral sources will ensure a steady flow of eligible clients. You will lead with the VP and AVP of Congregate Care, participate in budget development, and represent the program at internal and external meetings.
This position is eligible for an up to $10,000 bonus!
The educational and residential services at Southeast Campus together provide an environment where students and residents can build self-esteem and grow both academically and socially. There is emphasis on promoting positive social skills, reducing academic and behavioral regression, and providing exercise and fun.
Under the general direction of the VP and AVP of Congregate Care, the Campus Director will plan, direct, oversee and manage the operations and staff within the program. Collaborate externally with referral sources to ensure a steady flow of eligible clients to their program.
