Job summary

Eliot Community Health Services in MA seeks a Program Manager for the CBHC Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention team. Lead a 24/7 mobile crisis response for youth and families, ensuring services are responsive, strengths-based, child-centered, and family-focused.

Requires a Master’s in Social Work or related field with licensure, four years of clinical experience, two years in supervision. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:00pm. Annual salary $90,000–$95,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field with independent licensure.
• Four years of clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and monitor staff of Master’s and Bachelor’s level clinicians and Family Partners in the wraparound service model.
• Oversee crisis assessments and safety planning, emphasizing family skill-building and collaboration with providers.
• Ensure linkage to community-based treatment options to minimize out-of-home placements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with other providers to strengthen referrals.
• Maintain the single entry point for youth behavioral health services within Eliot (including CSA).
• Act as liaison between Youth MCI and CSA, supervising embedded staff and managing referrals.
