Eliot is seeking a Program Manager to join our Community Behavioral Health Center's (CBHC) Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention (YMCI) team. Eliot's CBHC program serves as a single point of entry for mental health and substance use services for youth, families, and adults.
In this role, the Program Manager will lead and oversee a team that provides 24/7 mobile crisis response to youth and families experiencing psychiatric emergencies. The Program Manager will ensure that services are responsive, individualized, and grounded in a strengths-based, child-centered, and family-focused approach. Care will be community-based, multi-systemic, and culturally responsive, with a focus on supporting youth and families in the least restrictive setting possible.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Annual Salary: $90,000 USD - $95,000 USD
