Job summary
Eliot Community Human Services seeks a Program Manager to lead the Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention (YMCI) team within our Community Behavioral Health Center. You will oversee a 24/7 mobile crisis response to youth and families, ensuring services are responsive, child-centered, and grounded in a strengths-based approach.
The role requires a Master’s degree with licensure, four years of clinical experience, and two years in supervision.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field with independent licensure.
- Four years of clinical experience.
- Two years of supervisory experience.
- Experience in behavioral health and crisis services for youth and families in Massachusetts.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a team providing 24/7 mobile crisis response for youth and families.
- Ensure services are responsive, individualized, strengths-based, and family-focused.
- Coordinate with community providers to minimize out-of-home placements.
- Build and maintain relationships with youth and family service providers to strengthen referrals.
- Ensure entry point for youth behavioral health services and liaise with CSA and Youth MCI.
