Job summary

Found Village in Cincinnati is seeking a Program Manager to design, oversee, and improve a portfolio of youth development experiences. You will lead the Youth Experience Team and align programming with a developmental framework, coordinating logistics, transportation, volunteers, and partnerships to create safe, inclusive environments where young people can grow.

You will initially assume Program Coordinator responsibilities to learn the work, then scale systems and teams for future growth,

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering youth development, nonprofit, or experiential learning programs.
• Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing staff, volunteers, or cross-functional teams.
• Ability to design developmental journeys rather than isolated events or activities.
• Strong facilitation, communication, relationship-building, and community partnership skills.
• A systems mindset with experience improving workflows, documenting processes, and creating clear operating standards.

Responsibilities

• Design a coherent portfolio of workshops, leadership opportunities, career exploration, celebrations, cohorts, and community experiences.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Youth Experience Team, including the Program Coordinator and Transportation Coordinator.
• Build repeatable operating systems, including playbooks, calendars, templates, communication standards, training resources, and SOPs.
• Coordinate programming, logistics, transportation, volunteers, communications, and cross-functional partners.
• Create meaningful opportunities for young people to serve as planners, facilitators, advisors, ambassadors, and leaders.
• Develop partnerships with employers, colleges, artists, entrepreneurs, volunteers, and community organizations.
