Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati Inc is seeking a Program Coordinator to plan, supervise, and deliver high-impact youth programs across the Club, focusing on the Graduate, Fit for Life, Ready to Serve models.

You will collaborate with staff to recruit participants, build community partnerships, and ensure engaging curricula for members from K through 8, guiding them toward academic achievement and high school graduation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience with youth programs is desired.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with young people in a positive manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Lead program staff and supervise volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact academic and youth programming for members K–8.
• Supervise Program Leaders and Assistant Program Leaders and manage volunteers.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations to enrich offerings.
• Recruit and retain participants, track attendance, and report progress.
• Ensure program quality aligned with Graduate, Fit for Life, Ready to Serve models.
• Coordinate daily schedules, manage supplies, and maintain safety and compliance.
