Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with young people, coaches, caregivers, schools, providers, employers, community partners, and natural supports.
• Create shared understanding of each young person's goals, developmental priorities, barriers, next steps, and measures of success.
• Develop and continuously refine collaborative developmental plans with meaningful youth participation.
• Establish initiative-taking communication rhythms that create clarity, accountability, shared ownership, and action.
• Coordinate services, opportunities, resources, and transitions so young people experience one connected developmental journey.
• Navigate partnerships across healthcare, education, child welfare, employment, housing, behavioral health, transportation, and community organizations.
• Anticipate barriers before they become crises and mobilize the people and resources needed to maintain momentum.
• Help stakeholders understand how their role reinforces coaching and advances youth development.
• Use documentation, outcomes, data, and stakeholder feedback to improve individual coordination and organizational systems.
• Support young people in increasingly understanding, influencing, and leading conversations about their own future.
