Job summary

BrightPath LLC is hiring a Program Manager to stand up a new short-term crisis stabilization home in the Twin Cities metro. You will help stand up the program, train the founding team, and take the first referral, establishing the site’s operating standards from day one.

The role requires leadership in high-acuity youth crisis settings, developing behavior support plans, and coordinating with county partners to ensure timely, durable discharges. This is a full-time on-site position in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years in behavioral health or high-acuity residential settings.
• Experience supporting minors with complex behavioral needs.
• Experience managing aggression, self-injury, elopement.
• 3+ years of leadership in 245D-licensed services.
• Translate clinical assessment into actionable direction.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Intake and admission decisions within 24–48 hours.
• Develop initial behavior support plans and update them every two weeks.
• Direct staff response during escalations and crisis moments.
• Build and maintain behavior tracking systems and read trends.
• Coordinate transition planning and durable discharges.
• Train, coach, and develop site-based staff.
• Ensure documentation meets 245D standards and remain audit-ready.
