Job summary

BrightPath in the Twin Cities is opening a new short-term crisis stabilization home this September, and we’re hiring the Program Coordinator who will help run it from day one. This is a hands-on leadership role. You are not behind a desk — you work five direct care shifts a week, in ratio, alongside the team you're training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities.
• Experience supporting a vulnerable population in a healthcare oversight capacity.
• Leadership experience and/or training in disability services.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation; experience with Therap E-MAR and Google Workspace.
• Current valid driver’s license and insurance as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support based on each person’s Support Plan and Addendum.
• Coordinate medication orders, inventory, and nurse oversight.
• Train new staff and coach the team on care plans and treatments.
• Maintain binders and documentation to licensing standards.
• Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and meals planning; ensure daily meals.
