The Program Manager - YACAP (Young Adult Care and Prevention) is responsible for the overall management, supervision, and strategic direction of the YACAP Program serving youth and young adults ages 13 to 29. The Program Manager works under the supervision of the Director of ID/LGBTQ Programs to ensure successful implementation of all program activities, achievement of contractual deliverables, and compliance with funder requirements.
The Program Manager oversees all aspects of HIV prevention programming, including PrEP/PEP navigation, HIV testing and counseling, linkage to HIV care and treatment services, and community outreach initiatives targeting youth and young adults at increased risk for HIV. This position is responsible for program planning, quality improvement initiatives, data management and reporting, budget monitoring, staff supervision and development, and representing the program with external stakeholders and community partners.
