Job summary

ACTS Career Center is seeking a Program Manager to lead day-to-day workforce development programs, turning grants and contracts into high-quality services, measurable outcomes, and strong community partnerships.

The role emphasizes program leadership, compliance, data reporting, and employer engagement across local sites, with staff coordination and travel as needed. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in related fields are required; MS 365 proficiency and a valid driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years in program management/workforce development/employment services.
  • 1+ year of staff/leadership experience with multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, spreadsheets, databases, and virtual meeting tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate workforce-development programs.
  • Develop workplans, calendars, staffing plans, and service delivery standards.
  • Oversee intake, eligibility, enrollment, and referrals; monitor outcomes.
  • Establish program goals and dashboards; ensure timely reporting for funders and leadership.
  • Translate funding requirements into operating procedures and maintain audit-ready files.
