Job summary

Austin Community College District seeks a Coordinator, Workforce Projects to manage all stages of workforce training program development, implementation, data management, documentation and reporting, including grant research and proposal support.

You will coordinate curriculum development, schedule instructors, manage data, write monthly progress reports, and collaborate with internal teams and industry partners to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Two years of related work experience required.
• Experience with grant writing and data reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates workforce training projects and curriculum development.
• Manages data collection, documentation, and reporting of program deliverables.
• Researches and writes grants to support funded programs.
• Coordinates instructors, staff, and external partners.
• Develops project schedules, agendas, and stakeholder meetings.
