IAP World Services is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a 100-person facility services program under a major Intelligence Community contract. You will ensure performance across scope, financials, personnel, security, vendors, and customer satisfaction, coordinating on-site staff and reporting.

The role requires extensive experience in facilities management, credentialed security readiness, and a proven track record in managing complex programs for national security missions.

• High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's preferred
• Expert knowledge in facilities operations and management
• 5 years of program management experience
• 10 years of experience supporting facility management services
• Successful track record of leading and managing programs in similar scope areas

Under a major Intelligence Community contract, IAP provides facility services including operations, maintenance, engineering, logistics, construction, grounds, custodial, environmental, safety, safety, access control, events, and food services. We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Program Manager to lead a 100-person facility services Intelligence Community program. They will have overall program management responsibilities ensuring program health and performance in scope, financials, personnel, deliverables, security, vendors, and customer satisfaction.
