A variety of certifications related to safety and compliance are preferred, along with an active Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Overall program management of personnel.
• Monitoring financial reports and operating costs.
• Oversee recruitment and retention of cleared personnel.
• Provide administrative support in documentation.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and retention of cleared personnel.
• Ensure that management and contract reports are accurate and submitted on time.
• Maintain a close, responsive relationship with on-site Team Leads and staff.
• Provide administrative support reviewing and maintaining project documentation and deliverables.
• Edit documentation and provide public works and work management support in service order dispatching.
• Coordinate reporting and work order activity.
