Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead a 20-person facility services National Security program, with 75% focus on program management and 25% on new business growth. You will drive program health, performance in scope, financials, personnel, deliverables, security, vendors, customer satisfaction, and contract growth.

The role requires 5+ years of program management experience and 10+ years supporting facility management services; a PMP certification and security

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Overall program management of the 20 program personnel.
• Monitor cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and operating costs.
• Ensure staffing with qualified personnel.
• Oversee coordination of work priorities and monitoring procedures.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and retention of cleared personnel.
• Ensure management and contract reports are accurate before submission.
• Maintain close relationship with on-site Project Manager, Team Leads, and staff.
• Provide administrative support, review and maintain project documentation and deliverables.
• Support responses to market surveys, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Assist with company growth within the National Security market.

Job description

As the Program Manager, you will lead a 20-person facility services National Security program. They will have overall program management responsibilities ensuring program health and performance in scope, financials, personnel, deliverables, security, vendors, customer satisfaction, and contract growth. This position is 75% program-focused and 25% new business growth-focused within the National Security market and Facilities Management and Operations capability.

Essential Job Functions

Program-focused (75%):

• Overall program management of the 20 program personnel.
• Monitoring cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and overall operating costs.
• Ensuring program is staffed with qualified personnel.
• Oversee the coordination of work priorities and monitoring methods, procedures, and programs.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and retention of cleared personnel.
• Ensuring that management and contract reports are accurate before submission.
• Maintains a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the on-site Project Manager, Team Leads, and staff.
• Provide a variety of administrative support in reviewing and maintaining project documentation and deliverables to the customer, editing documentation, providing public works and work management support in service order dispatching, and coordinating reporting and work order activity.

New Business Growth-focused (25%):

• Work with company leadership to identify new business opportunities within this National Security customer.
• Provide expertise in support of responses to market surveys, requests for information, and requests for proposals.
• Assist with achieving the company’s growth goals within the National Security market.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field preferred
• Expert knowledge in facilities operations and management.
• 5 years of program management experience.
• 10 years of experience supporting facility management services.
• Successful track record of leading and managing programs in similar scope areas.

Desired Qualifcations

Security Clearance

• Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmental Information (TS/SCI).
