Job summary

TerraGraphics Environmental Engineering in Washington, DC seeks a Program Manager to lead government logistics and maintenance contracts. You will interface with the Contracting Officer, COR, and CBP leadership, ensure contractual compliance, and drive performance against cost, schedule, quality, staffing, risk, and readiness objectives.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in logistics or related field, 8+ years of government contract experience, PMP certification, and proficiency with IMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or a closely related field.
• Eight or more years of experience organizing, directing, and managing government contracts involving logistics and maintenance operations support.
• PMP certification is treated as a team requirement for this role.
• Experience managing government-contract finances, cost, schedule, staffing, performance, and deliverables.
• Demonstrated experience with risk identification, mitigation, and quality management.
• Experience developing and managing an Integrated Master Schedule, preferably using Microsoft Project.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams performing logistics, maintenance, repair, procurement, supply-chain, warehouse, and sustainment functions.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a fully adjudicated CBP Background Investigation.

• Provide overall contract leadership and serve as the primary interface with the Contracting Officer, COR, and CBP program leadership.
• Integrate activities across operating locations, ensure compliance with contractual requirements, and manage performance against cost, schedule, quality, staffing, risk, and operational-readiness objectives.

The Program Manager should meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or a closely related field.
• At least eight years of experience organizing, directing, and managing government contracts involving logistics and maintenance operations support.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Although the draft requirement does not expressly make the PMP mandatory, I want us to treat it as a team requirement.
• Experience managing government-contract finances, cost, schedule, staffing, performance, and deliverables.
• Demonstrated experience with risk identification, mitigation, and quality management.
• Experience developing and managing an Integrated Master Schedule, preferably using Microsoft Project.
