TerraGraphics Environmental Engineering in Washington, DC seeks a Program Manager to lead government logistics and maintenance contracts. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in logistics or related field, 8+ years of government contract experience, PMP certification, and proficiency with IMS

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or a closely related field.
  • Eight or more years of experience organizing, directing, and managing government contracts involving logistics and maintenance operations support.
  • PMP certification is treated as a team requirement for this role.
  • Experience managing government-contract finances, cost, schedule, staffing, performance, and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated experience with risk identification, mitigation, and quality management.
  • Experience developing and managing an Integrated Master Schedule, preferably using Microsoft Project.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams performing logistics, maintenance, repair, procurement, supply-chain, warehouse, and sustainment functions.
  • U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a fully adjudicated CBP Background Investigation.

Program Manager - Washington, D.C./National Capital Region

The Program Manager should meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or a closely related field.
  • At least eight years of experience organizing, directing, and managing government contracts involving logistics and maintenance operations support.
  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Although the draft requirement does not expressly make the PMP mandatory, I want us to treat it as a team requirement.
  • Experience managing government-contract finances, cost, schedule, staffing, performance, and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated experience with risk identification, mitigation, and quality management.
  • Experience developing and managing an Integrated Master Schedule, preferably using Microsoft Project.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams performing logistics, maintenance, repair, procurement, supply-chain, warehouse, and sustainment functions.
