The Building People, LLC is seeking a Program Manager for a DHS contract in Washington, DC. This on-site leadership role requires an experienced professional to manage multiple projects and staff while ensuring all contract deliverables are met.
The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of PM experience, ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance, and a BA or higher in business; a Master’s degree or PMP is preferred. Telework arrangements may vary based on customer requirements.

The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Program Manager supporting a contract with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in Washington DC. The Program Manager will perform day-to-day management of overall contract support operations, involving multiple projects and groups of personnel performing professional services support to a DHS client. The PM will organize, direct and coordinate the planning and production of all contract support activities and ensuring all contract deliverables are being met. Demonstrates written and oral communication skills; has the authority and responsibility to identify and commit resources required to support effort. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role requiring a professional who operates with minimal oversight and brings mature, independent judgment to a diverse and technically demanding operating environment. Tasks will include but are not limited to:
