  • Manage program details with clear docs, task tracking, project boards, and AI tools.
  • Travel domestically (40 50%) on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in partnerships, experiential marketing, event production, field marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience leading live activations end-to-end, including on-site ownership under tight timelines and shifting priorities.

  • Experience presenting and demoing to senior executives, high-profile talent, or major officials.
  • Deep comfort with, and enthusiasm for, learning and explaining new consumer technology.

  • Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and drive measurable gains in efficiency or quality.
  • Experience following responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews).
  • Ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with new AI technologies.
