Job summary

Small Business Consulting Corporation seeks a program lead to manage the AFGSC Internship Program across multiple Louisiana universities. You will coordinate between LA Tech, Grambling State, LSU Shreveport, and other faculty to ensure successful delivery of internship initiatives and alignment with scope, quality, time, and cost goals.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and leadership skills, with experience in program coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 5-10 years of related experience.
• Master's degree preferred or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong project management and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the internship program partnerships with LA Tech University and other universities.
• Manages program scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Coordinates between universities, SBCC, and project leads to ensure timely deliverables.
• Prepares documentation, reports, and briefings for stakeholders.
• Supports student development and engagement activities within the internship program.
• Keeps senior management informed of contract performance and issues.
