Job summary

Fletcher Technical Community College in Thibodaux, LA is seeking an E2G Program Specialist to coordinate admin prep modules, support ESL/LEP services, and manage eligibility/compliance for E2G-eligible firms.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain federal compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Admin Prep Academy module schedule and faculty assignments across the rolling monthly calendar with the Program Manager.
  • Oversee participant support services, including ESL/LEP wrap-around services and required accommodations.
  • Maintain eligibility documentation and compliance files for each E2G-eligible firm (self-certifications, HUBZone map checks, DSBS records).
  • Support participant data collection, six- and twelve-month follow-ups, and data quality monitoring with Work-Based Learning Coordinator.
  • Serve as the Program Manager’s designee to ensure continuity of operations during absences and at outreach/intake events.
  • Assist with quarterly performance reporting, partner coordination, and recordkeeping per 2 CFR Part 200.
  • Participate in program and college events, meetings, professional development, and committee service as needed.
  • Uphold a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment for participants, partners, and colleagues.

What You'll Do:
