Job summary

Guardians of Honor, LLC is seeking an Internship Specialist to help plan, coordinate, and deliver a federal internship program, connecting students from HBCUs, MIs, TCUs and other eligible institutions with high‑quality opportunities.

The role covers outreach, applications, housing and stipend processing, onboarding, ongoing internship support, data collection, and program evaluation, with remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent required.
• Experience supporting student programs or internships.
• Experience with federal internship programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support during the internship cycle, including outreach and recruitment.
• Review applications, manage housing and stipend processing, and coordinate communications.
• Draft selection letters and coordinate with mentors and partners.
• Develop outreach materials and communicate with stakeholders.
• Collect, validate, and analyze program data for evaluation.
