Job summary

MICOP is seeking a Program Manager in the Wellness department to lead the OFY-RR Funds Project in Oxnard. You will plan outreach, workshops, referrals, and follow-ups, and supervise staff. The role includes day-to-day management of the unaccompanied minors program and data reporting to grantors.

This position requires bilingual Spanish-English, strong communication, and experience working with Indigenous families in Ventura County.

• Willingness to travel; reliable transportation.
• Detail-oriented; excellent organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/evenings.
• Experience with data collection and reporting.
• Experience in mental health and immigration services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn the unaccompanied minors, legal, and immigration systems in Ventura County.
• Coordinate the work and communicate with CDSS.
• Coordinate all project activities.
• Oversee coordinators and caseworkers; ensure workshops/outreach/referrals run.
• Create outreach plans for team members.
• Create flyers/brochures and update them as needed.
• Coordinate monthly meetings and immigration/legal trainings.
• Support outreach and workshops as needed.
• Support referrals to outside agencies and case management.
• Plan space needs; arrange facilities for workshops and meetings.
• Fulfill reporting requirements for grantors.
• Manage data input for the project.
• Track activities and success stories.
• Represent MICOP at grantee meetings.
• Select, train and supervise coordinators/caseworkers.
• Encourage active involvement of clients and families.
• Disseminate publications about legal services and resources.
• Host workshops on risk factors for unaccompanied minors.
• Refer individuals to legal/immigration services and track engagement.
• Other duties as assigned.
