Job summary

The Mixteco/Indígena Community Organizing Project seeks a Program Manager for the OFY-RR Funds Project in Oxnard, CA. You will plan outreach, workshops, referrals, and reporting, while supervising staff and coordinating with partners to increase access to community services.

You will manage data input, track activities and success stories, attend grantee meetings, and ensure timely grant reporting. The role supports the unaccompanied minors program and requires bilingual Spanish-English skills

Qualifications

• BA or AA in psychology or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years’ data collection experience.
• Experience supervising and managing a professional team.
• Direct experience with Mixteco/ Indigenous families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan outreach and workshops for the OFY-RR Funds Project.
• Supervise coordinators and caseworkers and ensure activities are executed.
• Coordinate outreach, referrals, and reporting to grantors.
• Manage data input and maintenance of project records.
• Represent MICOP at grantee meetings.
• Track activities and success stories and support policy development.
