Job summary

Signature Science, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead a multi‑site DHS S&T TSL program, coordinating with TSA, FBI, and DoD partners. The role requires ensuring safety, compliance, data quality, and on‑time delivery in a highly regulated energetic‑materials environment.

The PM will be the primary government liaison, oversee planning and budgeting, and manage risk and audits across TRMG at Tyndall AFB, FL and DTC in Redstone Arsenal, AL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or engineering field with 10 years of program management experience (5 managing complex scientific, engineering, transportation, or related activities); or a master's degree in such a field and 5 years of program management experience (2 managing such activities).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact to the Contracting Officer, COR, and Technical Monitor with authority for all contract obligations.
• Coordinate with DHS S&T and other stakeholders across multiple agencies.
• Lead post-award kickoff, close-out, and recurring coordination meetings.
• Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan, baselines, staffing, travel, and deliverables schedule.
• Ensure deliverables are prepared, reviewed, and submitted on time to standards.
