Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking an experienced Task Order Program Manager to oversee TSA, Office of Training and Development activities. This role requires managing multiple task orders, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while coordinating with government stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree, PMP certification, and 10+ years of federal program management experience, including DHS/TSA programs. Security clearance is Secret or higher; location in Springfield, VA is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field and PMP certification.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in federal program management.
• Proven experience managing complex DHS/TSA programs and task orders.
• Strong schedule, cost, and performance reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact for Government on PM Support Task Order.
• Deliver centralized program oversight across TSA T&D task orders.
• Develop and manage an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using MS Project.
• Monitor cost, schedule, scope, and performance with risk mitigation.
