Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking an experienced Task Order Project Manager in New Jersey to lead a TSA/T&D initiative. You will guide government-facing activities and ensure delivery aligns with the SOW while maintaining security requirements.

Responsibilities include directing library management, simulator support, help desk operations, and logistics, while overseeing schedule, cost, and risk. A Secret clearance and PMI-based management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, incl. 2+ years in a major program.
• Experience as Program/Task Order Manager on federal programs.
• PMI-based PM knowledge and ability to brief senior leadership.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central Government point for all technical, operational, and management matters for the Task Order.
• Provide leadership and accountability for performance, SOW compliance, and TSA policies.
• Direct execution of library management, simulator support, help desk, logistics, and rapid response.
• Apply project management principles to plan, execute, monitor, and control Task Order activities.
• Manage schedule, cost, scope, risk, quality, and performance metrics across tasks.
• Ensure quality control and QA of all deliverables and services under the Task Order.
• Oversee adherence to DHS/TSA/security requirements, including SSI and PII handling.
• Manage subcontractor performance in line with contract requirements and security mandates.
