Qualifications

• Must complete VIRTUS training, background screening, drug testing, and ongoing training.
• Minimum two years of management or team-lead experience in social services.
• Minimum one year of case management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Transitional Living Support Staff and the facility.
• Provide leadership for managed teams: training, scheduling, service coordination, professional development.
• Oversee admissions, intake, crisis management, and client assessments.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing levels, and staff briefings; ensure full coverage.
• Support recruitment and staff development; contribute to program reports.
