Job summary

Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas is seeking a Program Manager to provide supervision and oversight of Shalom House Men’s Transitional Living Program staff and facility, guiding teams with training, scheduling, service coordination and professional development.

The role requires leadership in managing client services, admissions, intake coordination, crisis management and collaboration with the management team to meet program goals. This is a full-time position with weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of management experience in social services.
• One year of case management experience is required.
• Experience with homeless populations and local social service agencies.
• Must complete VIRTUS training and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback and consultation to teams on services, coordination and engagement.
• Oversee program operations including assessments, intakes and crisis management.
• Admit new clients and conduct orientations.
• Coordinate therapeutic and health evaluations and treatment plans.
• Lead staff scheduling, training and supervision to ensure full shifts.
• Prepare program reports and participate in management team planning.
