Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience supporting complex technology programs.
  • Proven experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving engineering and business stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience creating and maintaining project plans, status reporting, and executive communications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, launch timelines, and readiness checklists across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment on launch goals, deliverables, customer communications, and operational readiness.
  • Track and communicate program status, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans to leadership and partner teams.
  • Support release planning, launch execution, adoption initiatives, and lifecycle management activities.
  • Create executive-ready presentations, status reports, dashboards, and business updates.
  • Coordinate stakeholder reviews, decision-making forums, launch readiness meetings, and post-launch assessments.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support product launch and lifecycle initiatives across productivity experiences. This dynamic role offers the chance to make a significant impact by driving cross-functional planning, execution, readiness, communications, and operational excellence for major product releases and customer-impacting initiatives. You will be at the heart of coordinating product releases, contributing to the planning, coordination, and execution of product updates, and supporting administrators in deploying and managing these updates. Your work will directly influence how users experience and interact with essential productivity tools, driving efficiency and innovation across a vast user base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, launch timelines, and readiness checklists across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment on launch goals, deliverables, customer communications, and operational readiness.
  • Track and communicate program status, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans to leadership and partner teams.
  • Support release planning, launch execution, adoption initiatives, and lifecycle management activities.
  • Create executive-ready presentations, status reports, dashboards, and business updates.
  • Coordinate stakeholder reviews, decision-making forums, launch readiness meetings, and post-launch assessments.
  • Partner with engineering and business teams to identify process improvements that increase operational efficiency and execution quality.
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while ensuring deliverables meet quality, schedule, and business objectives.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience supporting complex technology programs.
  • Proven experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving engineering and business stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience creating and maintaining project plans, status reporting, and executive communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to independently drive projects, manage stakeholder communications, and deliver against timelines.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading software product releases and cross-functional programs.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Office, Windows, or enterprise software environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and operational insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
