Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end lifecycle of planning, design, and deployment of internal tools or products.
  • Influence roadmaps by identifying gaps and aligning with customer/partner needs.
  • Draft precise Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that map to stakeholder needs.
  • Evaluate alternatives and quantify impact with analytics for new solutions.
  • Drive program execution, anticipate bottlenecks, and balance business vs. technical constraints.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to deliver innovative tools.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable improvements and features.
  • Document and validate new features based on data and user feedback.

About the Role

Step into a pivotal role where your expertise will drive the successful evolution of products from their pilot phase to final delivery. You will be instrumental in bridging technical execution with strategic product goals, leveraging your deep understanding of web technologies, systems design, and data analysis. This role offers the chance to directly influence product roadmaps, resolve complex technical challenges, and ensure seamless integrations, all while identifying creative ways to enhance existing tools and operational efficiency. You will be a key contributor, translating operational issues into robust technology solutions and collaborating with diverse teams to bring innovative solutions to life.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead key contributions across the end-to-end lifecycle of planning, designing, and deploying internal tools or products, encompassing ongoing communications, stakeholder management, and project oversight.
  • Drive program work to ensure product readiness, identify critical product gaps, and influence product roadmaps to achieve the best possible customer and partner experience.
  • Develop and validate product requirement documents (PRDs) with precision, ensuring they meet both customer/partner and internal needs.
  • Explore alternatives and constraints for customer/partner challenges, utilizing analytics and metrics to design, pitch, and assess the impact of potential product or tool solutions, applying systems design principles to enhance user experience.
  • Contribute to program-level execution by proactively anticipating bottlenecks, resolving issues, escalating appropriately, prioritizing projects and resources, balancing business needs against technical constraints, and driving successful product deployments and efficient long‑term operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to develop innovative products and tools, managing and balancing escalations, requirements, and feedback while advocating for stakeholder needs.
  • Derive critical insights from customer feedback and data analysis to unlock significant opportunities for improvement, sharing these insights and potential solutions with internal teams.
  • Assess and identify gaps and issues in current products based on user feedback or metrics analysis, communicating these findings to internal teams and contributing technically to their resolution through the development, validation, and documentation of new features or solutions.
