• Master's degree in Education required; Doctoral preferred.
• 24 years experience in program management, grant administration, or higher ed coordination.
• Proficient in data management, analysis, and reporting; Excel and related tools.

• Support professional learning systems for faculty, mentor teachers, and field supervisors.
• Oversee student progress tracking, assessments, and grant reporting.
• Manage administrative and financial operations, budgets, and records for compliance.
