Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Education related fields required; Doctoral degree in Education preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in program management, grant administration, or higher education project coordination.
• Demonstrated organizational, communication, and project management skills; proficiency with data management and reporting tools.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate Praxis II and edTPA logistics, vouchers, and licensure processes.
• Organize professional development workshops and learning modules for faculty, mentor teachers, and field supervisors.
• Oversee student progress tracking, data collection, and quarterly/annual grant reporting.
• Maintain grant records, audits, and compliance documentation; monitor budget line items and resources.
