Qualifications

• 6+ months of case aide/program assistant experience preferred — or 2 years in human services.
• Great communication skills and a calm, respectful presence.
• Ability to organize, multitask, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Orient new tenants and coordinate room assignments.
• Monitor community rules and encourage respectful living.
• Support residents through regular meetings and guidance.
• Supervise inspections, maintenance needs, and staff coordination.
• Be a reliable, supportive presence in emergency and day-to-day situations.
