Job summary

Volunteers of America Delaware Valley is seeking a Program Assistant Shift Leader (CV137-1) for the Reentry Services Division. The successful applicant will report to a Program Manager and/or Assistant Director and lead a team in coordinating confidentiality, security, and clients' special needs while delivering life skills workshops when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience as VOA Delaware Valley Program Assistant is essential.
• Experience in human services preferred but not essential.

• Coordinate and monitor confidentiality, security, and client special needs.
• Lead life skills workshops when needed.
• Interact with clients and team members to handle stressful situations.
• Balance operational policies with initiative as required.
