• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or human services.
• Knowledge of affordable housing systems and homeless populations preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong documentation and follow-up abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, housing authorities, and community providers.
• Identify affordable housing opportunities and match clients based on needs.
• Coordinate with social service agencies to secure placements and support retention.
• Follow up post-placement to support housing stability and client success.
• Collect data and maintain confidential housing records.
• Stay current with housing trends through trainings and workshops.
