Job summary

Intelliswift - An LTTS Company in Sunnyvale is seeking a procurement lead responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, from requisitions to fulfillment, ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

You will coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers, monitor inventory, lead times, and delivery schedules, drive process improvements, and provide executive status reports on supply chain performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, PO creation, approvals, tracking, and fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, contract manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor inventory, material availability, lead times, supplier commitments, demand, and delivery schedules.
• Drive supplier engagement and expedite critical materials while resolving shortages, capacity constraints, and logistics issues.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, procurement trackers, demand forecasts, and material readiness plans.
• Track supply chain KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, procurement cycle time, supplier performance, and fulfillment.
• Identify supply chain risks and dependencies and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Lead regular program reviews and provide clear executive-level status reporting.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies across procurement and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, supplier processes, inventory controls, and operational standards.
