The Supply Chain Program Manager is responsible for developing and executing demand and supply planning strategies to support both the core business and high-impact initiatives such as limited-time offers (LTOs), market tests, product transitions, and strategic sourcing changes. This role works cross-functionally to identify and mitigate program related, seasonal and systemic supply risks. The position is accountable for conducting performance analysis, supporting scenario planning and ad hoc analytics, and facilitating collaboration across internal workstreams.
Essential Functions
- Supply Planning & Risk Mitigation
- Develop and maintain comprehensive demand plans that support business objectives, balancing inventory targets with service level requirements.
- Identify and assess seasonal supply risks; recommend and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans to protect supply continuity.
- Partner with supply chain brand managers and procurement teams to ensure key stakeholders receive and understand quarterly.
- Provide data-driven insights to support scenario planning, sensitivity analyses, and ad hoc analytics needs.
- Performance Analysis & Cross Functional Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct postmortem analyses and participate in KPI reviews to evaluate project planning and supply chain performance.
- Monitor trends and patterns in supply disruptions or delays and develop recommendations to address root causes.
- Drive continuous improvement by surfacing systemic issues and identifying themes for strategic action.
- Act as the central point of contact across multiple supply chain workstreams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables and timelines.
- Facilitate meetings and regular check-ins to drive accountability, transparency, and timely communication.
- Process Improvement & Standardization
- Lead efforts to streamline supply chain workflows by identifying inefficiencies and implementing standardized processes across planning and execution.
- Support the adoption and optimization of tools such as Smartsheet and JIRA to improve visibility and project tracking.
Education
Work Experience
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, program management, or related roles.
Skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Experience with Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar project management software (preferred).
