Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the VP of Materials Execution & Supply Planning and their leadership team to coordinate priority initiatives, operating rhythms, and business reviews.
  • Drive program plans for cross-functional initiatives supporting materials readiness, supply planning, supplier execution, order fulfillment, inventory health, and NPI readiness.
  • Translate leadership direction into actionable workplans with defined milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and success measures.
  • Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly execution cadences, including shortage reviews, supplier commit reviews, clean-to-build readiness, backlog recovery, and supply-risk escalation forums.
  • Gather, synthesize, and communicate program status, supply risks, decisions needed, and mitigation progress for leadership audiences.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, scorecards, and meeting materials that provide clear visibility into supply availability, fulfillment performance, inventory exposure, and program health.
  • Track key operational metrics, including supplier commit attainment, clean-to-build rate, schedule adherence, on-time delivery, backlog aging, inventory turns, E&O exposure, expedite cost, and NPI readiness.
  • Partner with functional leads to identify risks and dependencies early, coordinate mitigation actions, and **escalate** issues requiring leadership decisions.
  • Support constrained-supply and allocation decision processes by organizing scenario inputs, documenting tradeoffs, tracking decisions, and following through on committed actions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment among external manufacturing partners, suppliers, sourcing, planning, logistics, warehouse operations, finance, and product teams.
  • Maintain clear action logs, decision records, risk registers, and follow-up mechanisms to improve accountability and execution consistency.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify reporting, reduce manual work, and improve operating efficiency through process standardization, automation, AI-enabled tools, and improved data visibility.
  • Support continuous-improvement efforts that strengthen planning accuracy, exception management, escalation paths, and end-to-end execution discipline.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional programs or operational initiatives with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain program plans, track actions and risks, and drive follow-through across teams without direct authority.
  • Experience developing concise, executive-ready presentations, dashboards, business reviews, and status communications.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with operational data, metrics, and reporting tools to identify trends and support decisions.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor information for operational and leadership audiences.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills across a range of functions and levels.
  • Familiarity with supply chain, materials management, manufacturing, fulfillment, inventory, or hardware operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools; experience using AI or automation tools to improve productivity is a plus.
