Ziply Fiber seeks a Program Manager, Fiber Design & Construction (FDC) - Subsidy Builds, to lead subsidized fiber projects from award through service activation. You will manage schedule, budget, location data, milestones, risk and compliance with cross‑functional teams including engineering, permitting, construction and Finance.

The role requires translating funding requirements into actionable plans, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of funded locations while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5–7 years in telecom program or project management with fiber planning, permitting or construction.
• Strong end-to-end understanding of fiber build lifecycle and subsidies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex portfolios.

Responsabilités

• Translate subsidy awards into integrated work plans and milestones.
• Maintain governance, documentation, and risk registers for funded builds.
• Coordinate with engineering, permitting, construction, finance and external affairs.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and compliance to ensure on-time activation.
