Job summary
A community service organization is seeking a Regional Program Director to oversee residential services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves leadership, staff supervision, and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has a degree in Human Services and experience in residential programs. Qualifications
- 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in residential services for individuals with IDD.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing CLA services.
- Ability to lead and develop teams in a multi-site environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of individualized, person-centered services.
- Monitor program performance and implement improvements.
- Directly supervise Resident Managers and Program Specialists.
