Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, or related field OR High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of managerial experience in direct care or similar field.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Current TB clearance.
• Must be 21+ years old to apply.
• Valid driver’s license with driving history requirements per policy.

Responsibilities

• Schedule up to 60 staff on 24-hour shift rotations and ensure coverage across residential houses.
• Manage payroll and time management to minimize payroll liability and ensure accurate timecards.
• Promote client safety and experience, and ensure compliance with program policies and licensure requirements.
• Train and orient new staff; oversee performance and maintain cohort staffing at full FTE.
• Coordinate with Compliance for licensure-related documentation and audits.
