Job summary

Harvard University is seeking a Program Manager for Research Integrity to lead education programming and policy implementation within the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. The role involves curriculum design, logistics, analytics, and collaboration with university stakeholders to uphold research integrity standards.

Reporting to the Director of Research Integrity, you will develop SOPs, manage projects, and help communicate policies across the FAS and affiliated offices.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience in academic research settings and with federal regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to summarize complex information clearly.
• Ability to collaborate across units, manage projects, and build professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support research misconduct policy implementation across the FAS.
• Develop, update, and implement standard operating procedures for research misconduct case management.
• Research and develop educational curriculum contents and online materials.
• Lead development of communication and outreach strategies to increase participation in educational programs.
• Lead administrative program development including enrollment processes, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
• Develop strong working relationships with faculty, staff, and stakeholders; inform on program activity and decisions.
• Develop reports and metrics to evaluate program success and comply with reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with University policies and applicable federal rules.
