Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience in an academic research setting with federal regulations and research policies.
• Advanced degree preferred or combination of education/training in research settings.
• Excellent oral presentation and written communication; ability to summarize complex procedural and scientific information.
• Commitment to teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate within a large organization.
• Experience or coursework in curriculum development, adult education, or related field.
• Ability to manage projects through lifecycle with attention to detail.
• Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive materials.

Responsibilities

• Support research misconduct policy implementation, case processes, and related administrative procedures across the FAS.
• Develop, update, and implement SOPs in research misconduct case management that align with federal regulations.
• Research and develop research integrity educational curriculum portfolio contents, and online materials.
• Lead development of communication and outreach strategy; foster relationships within the University research community.
• Lead administrative program development including enrollment processes, scheduling, tracking, and reporting; establish workflows.
• Develop working relationships with faculty, staff, and stakeholders; manage delivery scope and inform stakeholders.
• Develop specialized reports and analyze metrics to define program success and ensure reporting compliance.
• Ensure compliance with University policies and applicable federal rules and regulations.
