Job summary

Harvard University in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a Program Manager for Research Integrity to lead education programs and policy implementation across the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. The role collaborates with faculty committees, research offices, and external stakeholders to promote responsible conduct of research and compliance with federal regulations.

You'll design curricula, manage program operations, analyze outcomes, and supervise communications and enrollment workflows while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience in academic research settings with federal regulations.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to summarize complex information.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in curriculum development or adult education.
• Ability to manage projects through lifecycle with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and think strategically.
• Ability to build partnerships across academic units.
• Experience handling confidential materials.

Responsibilities

• Support policy implementation and case processes across the FAS.
• Develop and implement procedures for case management.
• Research and develop research integrity educational curriculum and online materials.
• Leading communications/outreach strategy and stakeholder relations.
• Develop enrollment processes, scheduling, tracking, and reporting workflows.
• Build strong relationships with faculty/staff and manage program scope.
• Develop reports and analyze metrics to evaluate program success.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and federal rules.
• Manage budget and expenses.
