Job summary

Lewis James Professional is seeking a Program Manager - Regulatory Compliance to lead a regulator-driven initiative for a financial services client in the Atlanta area. You will coordinate Operations and Compliance teams and drive remediation and governance.

• Identify and elevate risks, issues, and blockers that could impact regulatory compliance or program delivery.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to implement sustainable process improvements and control enhancements.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are incorporated into business processes and remediation activities.
• Provide regular status updates and executive-level communications on program progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Support the organization in reducing regulatory risk and improving compliance oversight.

• Experience managing regulatory findings, remediation efforts, or compliance transformation initiatives.
• Strong executive communication, governance, and issue management skills.
• Knowledge of Regulation E is a significant plus but not required.
