Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise-level programs within banking or financial services.
• Strong program management skills with ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance environments and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large-scale regulatory compliance program involving Operations and Compliance teams.
• Drive enterprise-wide coordination of remediation activities related to regulatory findings.
• Develop and manage program governance, project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
• Partner with business leaders, compliance stakeholders, and operational teams to ensure timely execution of program objectives.
• Identify and elevate risks, issues, and blockers that could impact regulatory compliance or program delivery.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to implement sustainable process improvements and control enhancements.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are incorporated into business processes and remediation activities.
• Provide regular status updates and executive-level communications on program progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Support the organization in reducing regulatory risk and improving compliance oversight.
