The Vice President will also play an important role in governance activities, including preparing executive and Board materials, coordinating remediation meetings, tracking actions and milestones, and maintaining documentation supporting issue closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor corrective actions: Track remediation plans, milestones, KPIs, dependencies, and outstanding actions, escalating delays or concerns when appropriate.
  • Support root cause analysis: Partner with remediation teams to identify underlying causes and help ensure corrective actions address identified control or process weaknesses.

  • Maintain remediation standards: Support the administration and ongoing maintenance of remediation procedures and monitor adherence to established requirements.
  • Manage governance activities: Coordinate meetings for remediation governance forums, including scheduling, preparation of meeting materials, minutes, action-item tracking, and follow‑up.
  • Maintain supporting evidence: Coordinate documentation and evidence demonstrating completion of remediation commitments and supporting issue closure.
Required Experience

  • Experience supporting or leading complex remediation programs, including coordination of timelines, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of financial‑services regulatory requirements and regulatory change, ideally including exposure to Regulation HH, CPMI‑IOSCO principles, and PFMI.
  • Experience with risk assessments, control testing, data lineage, evidence mapping, and corrective action monitoring.
